hi so i have i question now i have 1tb hdd in my system but next week im going to buy an ssd so how to move the win10, drivers, apps and few games to it.if its not posible so what to do then?

Solution
First of all, 120gb is really too small for a C drive.
Many things default to the C drive.
If it fills up, you will lose performance and endurance.
With lower ssd prices, see if you can't manage 240gb.

You may have another option.
If you buy a Samsung ssd, they have a free ssd migration aid that will move your windows C installation to one of their ssd devices.
The migration aid has a provision to exclude folders.
Large data folders like videos are simple to exclude.
After the migration, such folders will be available on the old hard drive.
Unfortunately, apps that were installed using the registry will no longer work if you excluded them.
I have no experience with Steam and how that might work.

Here is a link to the manual...

You can't move "only" the OS. Or pick and choose games and applications.

1. How much space is consumed on your current 1TB drive?
2. What, exactly, constitutes that space?
3. How large is the new SSD?

1. Obviously, 550GB won't fit into a 120GB drive
2. You can't pick and choose what to migrate over.

If you have Steam games, and if you have another drive you can use...

Copy the SteamApps folder off to a different drive.
Then if you can get the actual used space to below 80GB, then you can consider a cloning operation.

Otherwise, a clean install on that 120GB SSD is your only option.

What is on that drive?

Ideally, you move off anything you really want to keep.
Then you wipe that old HDD completely.
Then, move everything back.

Have only the SSD connected while you install the OS.
Reconnect the HDD later.
