Recently upgraded my cooling and case as follows.

1. Phanteks Enthoo pro m.
2. Xspc 420 280 cooling kit ( 280 rad, x20 420 pump, xspc ec6 coolant, 3 fans pull method from top of case, that's the only I could set it up with my options)
3. I7 7700k delidded and oc'd to 5.1ghz at 1.335v.

Its runs cpu around 55c at full load in aida64 extreme, I also have evga gtx 1070 ftw that I am planning to add to the loop using ek water block and is my water cooling kit enough to cool both of them, I mostly use my pc for VR gaming and some regular use for 4 to 5 hours a day, thanks for any suggestions.

How much is the waterblocks for the 1070? In my opinion, you wont get much, if any at all, performance boost from putting your 1070 under water. By the time you factor in the additional cost to add the GPU to the loop, you could have sold the GPU and probably gotten a 1080ti, which is MUCH more powerful GPU. I would not put a GPU underwater unless it is the top end GPU because anything less will not get your money's worth with price vs performance.

Full-cover custom watercooled GPUs do perform better than air with enough cooling capacity. This is generally because even without OCing, the boost clocks never drop if GPU temp stays below 50C. My 1080Ti stays at a constant 2025Mhz(my OC setting) during gaming, except load screens, cutscenes, ect. On air, the boosts start dropping after 50C. Stock it will boost and stay in the 1900s range. A 1070 should function in the same way. That said, not sure what your temps will be with a single 280mm radiator. Likely "fair" on the GPU side of things, not great. I also recommend a backplate for GPU blocks to strengthen the card and reduce chance of flex, as they get quite heavy when blocks are attached.

Ok I have added the gpu to the loop and on aida64 cpu still stays at 57max ( delidded and used conductonaut and oc'd to 5.1 at 1.345v core) and gpu stays around 40 to 43 in furmark for about 10 minutes and unigine heaven benchmarks and in crysis 3 at max settings both stay around 45 to 50c, at 2075 mhz my heaven benchmark score is 2920, can I oc my gpu anymore safely. Thank u for any suggestions.
