I am new to pc building and my my budget is not that high , so can you guys just check my specs and recommend any changes or anything that i should add ? Thx btw .

Looks good. Make sure the PSU is decent quality and the motherboard is Kabylake ready.

650 psu is overkill, you may want B250 chipset due to H100 may need bios update to support G4560, otherwise good budget build, my recommendation:

Board might not have a BIOS to run a Kaby Lake CPU and what PSU , make and model , 650W doesn't mean anything unless the quality is good.
