I am new to pc building and my my budget is not that high , so can you guys just check my specs and recommend any changes or anything that i should add ? Thx btw .

650 psu is overkill, you may want B250 chipset due to H100 may need bios update to support G4560, otherwise good budget build, my recommendation:
