WIll the Corsair h100i v2 fit in the Cm Storm Stryker

It should. The product page says the Seidon and Eisberg 240mm radiators fit up top, so the H100i should as well.

The Cm Storm Stryker indicates support for top mounted radiator up to 140mm. The H100i has a 120mm and H100i V2 radiator is 140mm thick.
I reviewed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tfkuKVd1YPY which indicates a close fit with the MB standoffs so it would be best to check with Cool Master if you will have any issues with the MB you will be using.
