Before we start, I'll list my specs in case you guys need to know them:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
PSU: SeaSonic S12II 80+ Bronze Certified
RAM: Crucial Ballistic Sport 16GB(4x4GB) DDR4-2400
MB: ASRock X370 Killer SLI/ac
Case: Cooler Master HAF XB EVO
SSD: Samsung 240 EVO 256GB
HDD: WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM
Now that we have that out of the way, let us get to my question.
So I just built my new PC and I was trying to get my HDD to show up on my PC since for some reason I could not find it. I could find the SSD just fine, but the HDD was nowhere to be seen on the PC. Checked This PC, Disk Management, everything, but I could not find it. So what am I to do now? Please help me with this issue, thanks for taking the time to read this!

Solution
If you hit ESC key, it should give you an option to exit and whether you want to save or don't save the bios change. Since you just go in and look at it, you just want option EXIT WITHOUT SAVE. I believe these function are in the Bios Menu.

Once you exit bios, computer will boot into window.

When you power on the computer and before window bootup, if you keep hitting delete key (some computer may work with F2, F10..., most of time is delete key), you will get access to bios. Once you are in bios, you should see your SSD and maybe HDD. If HDD is not present, then either HDD is dead or you did not connect all cable to HDD correctly.

And after I see that the HDD is or isn't there, how do I turn off my PC safely?
