2666mhz ram at 2667 motherboard help!!

Hello my motherboard supports these speeds ( 2133 MHz, 2400 MHz, 2667 MHz, 2933OC MHz, 3200OC MHz) what will happen if i buy a 2666mhz rams will i just lose that 1 mhz?

Well if depends on many factors. Most likely the ram will run at 2666 since that is the actual jdec speed afaik.
Some people call it 2667 for some strange reason...
You know a lot of times these speeds are not factually correct and may run fractions of a mhz lower or higher but get rounded up or down, its very common.
