Can I power my GTX 960 from the Motherboards's PCIE Power Molex

I have a GTX 960 which is powered by a 6-pin connector on the top. It's really ugly having cables come in from the top.

Now, the Asrock BTC Pro 2 has these Molex connectors called PCIE_PWR1 right next to the PCIEx16 connector and they seem to be for just that.

Can I unplug (and not use) the 6-pin connector and instead power the Motherboard's Molex?

CLARIFICATION: Will this molex power the Graphics Card from "underneath" i.e. through the PCIe bus so that I don't have the ugly yellow cables coming in from the top?

They don't output power. You'd connect them to the power supply, if 3 cards installed, for additional power to the motherboard.
"The two extra 4-pin power connectors on this motherboard offer more power for your graphics cards. They provide stable voltages and greatly reduce the risks of burning your motherboard or graphics cards.
When more than three graphics cards are installed, be sure to install the PSU’s 4-pin power cables to the 4-pin power connectors (PCIE_PWR) on your motherboard; otherwise, the cards may be damaged."
