I am from India I wanna build a system as mentioned above under about 55000 inr or 900 $ after import duty of components or u can say 700$ in us .
So I am planning a ryzen 5 build but which would be the best gpu for me for this build considering I can spend around 300$ on it not beyond that.

A gpu such that it is future ready for all titles ultra at 1080p

Build is below, it is slightly over budget. But to reduce the cost would mean you would have to impact the performance of the build. All parts are sourced from Amazon India, links to the components are below the build. I did a pricing comparison with the ITDepot website but Amazon won here.

The GTX 1060-3GB is not as good as a 6GB version but it is still much better than the next step down, the GTX 1050 Ti or an RX 570. You will find that some games might hit the 3GB VRAM limit but you would have to spend another ₹4000 to get the 6GB version.
