I have ATI Radeon HD 7700 and it says that it has 2gb of memory but when I edit GTA 5 graphics options i have like 1gb remaining but my game is lagging..What could be problem? I have Intel I5 2.80 and 8gb RAM..Please help

The 7770 is not fast enough to handle games at 2gb vram levels anyways. Putting extra vram on a lower end card is a marketing gimmick. Tune your GTA V settings as if you had a 1gb card.
