I'm building a new b350m system and was wondering if, instead of buying a new matx case, would a dell t1500 case work? I can get one for about 30 euros and I really love the old dell precision aesthetic, plus it'd be cool as a sleeper pc. If the standoff mounts are non standard I wouldn't have a problem with drilling new ones, and I could probably deal with front panel connections not working. I'm just wondering if there's anything else I'm missing that would make the build impossible?

Solution
It's totally awful case design and a waste of 30 euros though.
It's not fit for any type of modern computer.
Why would you want your new computer to look like a piece of junk you fished out of a dumpster?

I just really like the dell precision/dimension aesthetic, it's super nostalgic for me. Plus, there aren't a lot of great looking matx cases for under 100 euros so I'd just much prefer the dell case as long as it didn't hamper performance too a noticeable extent. I think it's kind of cool for someone to look at it and think that it's just some shitty old dell fished out of a school, but then it's got an rx 580 and 1500x underneath.

No, see. You have a nice computer, but it looks like trash, it doesn't matter what's underneath. It won't impress anyone. I see plenty of decent mid atx cases for under 100 euros in some countries, so which country are you in?
