I am assembling a PC for the first time. I did all connections as per you tube video.

When I power up the machine. It goes into bios screen. It shows me all system information like CPU RAM etc.

But then it just shuts down on its own. If I wait for 5 minutes i can power it up again but then again it shuts down in few minutes.

If you assemble PCs can you tell me how can I find the root cause of this?

Solution
Yes I solved the issue. the 3 pin power cable which comes from Cooler master lite 240 must go into CPU_FAN and then the cable from the radiators must go into SYS_FAN1. Now the PC is running without any reboot.

I think i may not have powered my CPU cooler correctly. So here is my setup. On my motherboard there is a PIN for PWR_FAN I connected this to the FAN which came in the body of the case (nzxt 340). Next is the CPU FAN. I connected this to the radiator of my cooler master liquid lite 240. (these are the 2 fans you stick on the big panel of the cooler).

Now I have a SYS_FAN1 (4 pins) which I connected to the cooler master lite (3 pins). and I have another SYS_FAN2 which I connected to a an extra fan which is connected to the case. Here also the motherboard has 4 pins and the fan has 3 pins

I have a feeling that the power supply for the cooler master lite 240 is not correct. I wonder which one is the right power supply for that

1. PWR_FAN
2. CPU_FAN
3. SYS_FAN1
4. SYS_FAN2
