My cpu fan in not spinning correctly, it spins for seconds in starting then not respond. If i reconnect it showing the same, please help

Then most likely it needs to be replaced. Let's make sure though. Do you have another fan you can connect temporarily to the same fan header on the motherboard to see if a different fan does the same thing when connected?
Has this been working fine until now and just started doing this or is this a new build you are just putting together?
