I don't know much about pc components and such, I need a good build that can game/stream at the same time and also video edit, my budget is $1300 usd. I would like to also go with a red/black theme

GPU: extra 2 gb vram will be useful for video editing in some software, it is on par with gtx 1060 6gb
video editing likes more cores and this cpu has 8 cores 16 threads. similar video editing cpu is I7-8700k but much more expensive. For the budget, 1700 is pretty good.
