This problem is very confusing for me because it appears that the cores are functioning but not to full capacity. So i ran prime95 to check my absolute max temps at full throttle and for some reason i am only getting around 50% CPU usage rather than the expect 100%, I simply ran the program through the automatic method as instructed by the program's attached "readme" document, so i am pretty sure that i'm suppose to be getting 100% usage, maybe my CPU is faulty? If anyone could help me in figuring out how to fix this, it would be much appreciated. I will attach some images of the core usage also.
