Printer won't turn on...

when you state you have tried everything, your not helping us to know what you have or not tried according to your "everything" statement, then I would say send printer for service or get a new one. so do try to expand your " everything a little" so we can help you further.
have you checked the power supply is properly connected together to the power cord?
Have you checked the power supply is providing the right amount of power or any power to the print? using a multimeter
have you changed the power supply/power cord ?
When all lights are off did you press the P key ?
