Asus Z370 g.skill 32 (2x16) freeze (don't boot) with two ram slots

PC does not boot with two RAM slots. I have two 16GB G.Skill RAM (3000mhz). Everything works with single RAM chip inserted. When I put second one PC starts to freeze (sometimes even Windows loads) but it freeze after a while. Other components are:
- 8700k
- GTX 1080 Ti Asus Strix
- Motherboard Asus z370 Hero X (Wifi)

I have tested several times and most of the time worked all the slots, but during last few tests 4th (second grey) did not work. I guess that it is a motherboard problem. As I understand, there should not be any problem with default bios settings. Just plug two RAM chips and everything works. I have seen many times in Youtube using the same RAM for this motherboard.

Also I checked motherboard cpu pins. They are not damaged in my opinion. The most strangest thing is that during first few starts everything worked, but after a while freeze up started constantly. I almost forgot, there are a lot of constant reboot (every 3-4 seconds) with very short sound signal. After 5-6 reboot PC starts normally.

If I run it with one RAM in 2nd slot everything runs without problems.
