I have just finished building my first custom water cooling loop and I am having heaps of trouble bleeding the system. It took me a day and a half to get all the air out of the radiator but now I am unable to get rid air bubbles that have built up in the CPU block. I have tried everything from shaking the system and flipping it upside down but nothing seems to work. Could someone please give me some advice on how to correctly bleed the system or tell me what I have done wrong in my loop.

Are these small bubbles are very large collections of bubbles?

Small bubbles (1mm-2mm in size) are nothing to worry about and will work their way out. Anything that is 5mm and larger is still not a big deal, but if you have a lot of these, allow them to collect with the system off, then turn back on with the reservoir cap vented.
