planning to upgrade my pc with these parts :
Motherboard - Gigabyte - GA-AB350-GAMING 3
CPU : Ryzen 5 1600
RAM : G.SKILL Flare X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 3200MHz
PSU : Cooler Master V650 80+ GOLD
Case : not sure yet looking for suggestions

Also should i bother getting a aftermarket CPU cooler ? eg. Cyrorig H7

The stock is fine for moderate overclocks like 3.7-3.8ghz.
Try a seasonic focus plus/corsair txm 550w psu instead of that coolermaster one.
Try a nzxt s340. It's on sale now like 60 bucks or even 50 at times.
