GTX 1050 Ram 4gb Drop FPS

Hello guys
so i was playing assassins creed 2 and i noticed that it drops fps from 60 to 40 sometimes
my resolution is 900p and i recently got 1050 2gb
i meet all the required demands for the game The problem is that game stutters when it drops fps
what can be the possible reason

the game is not well optomised, it stutters sometimes. And your Graphics card is not that great, its good but not much, especially the 2gb VRAMon the GPU is not sufficient for modern games. Games these days need atleast 4gb VRAM.
I have the gtx 1050TI 4gb, it runs all games 50fps on high. And it still stutters sometimes cause it runs out of Vram at times.
