CPU thermal paste

Guys, I had a quick question. I'm new to PC building, and i recently put together my first PC, im an idiot, so i tried installing the heat sink on my CPU AFTER putting the motherboard into the case, so I couldn't screw in my heat sink to the brackets, thermal paste got on the CPU from the pre applied paste on the fan, i took the heat sink off the CPU, took the motherboard out, and re applied the heat sink to the CPU without replacing any of the thermal paste.

Running AIDA64 shows my idle is at about 25 degrees, under stress in AIDA64 and Prime95 I have not seen my CPU (ryzen 1600) go above 71 degrees.

My question is, should I be worried about the longevity of the CPU at this point? Or does everything look ok?

Solution
The cooler won't move by itself and there shouldn't enough paste to cause problems; if there was too much paste, then the CPU would overheat and it definitely doesn't.

Thank you, as a follow up, should i be worried that with the moving of the heat sink, that perhaps thermal paste spilled over the sides of the CPU?
