So I have an AMD A6 6400K APU (Yes it's sort of a garbage) for gaming. So I know that it's Turbo Mode is 4.1 GHZ, however, when I try to Over clock it to 4.8 GHz through AMD Overdrive, games would literally crash so I'm guessing it's unstable? I've increased voltage to 1.472V which is literally colored Red by AMD Overdrive. Also, I have a ASUS A58ME motherboard, the BIOS won't let me overclock there, I can't find the overclocking setting.

Solution
Yes, that means it's unstable. It sounds like you already know how to change the voltage?

Overclock incrementally, don't just jump from 4.1 to 4.8 GHz and expect it to work.

Okay this sounds stupid but I just remembered that my CPU is called and APU and I can increase the Multiplier through the BIOS. I just need to know how can I increase Voltage.

Okay so I found out why my games keeps in crashing, apparently my games crash if I over clock through AMD OD which sucks but then when I OCed through BIOS PC games didn't crash. Also, it rebooted once randomly but that's because I forgot to increase the Voltage. After increasing it from 1.3V to 1.5V it doesn't crash, apart from the fact that the temps at are very Unstable.
