Is there a problem with my RAM?

Hello!

Recently, my PC has been having hiccups of sorts. For some examples, when I'm perusing some websites and using Google Chrome, Chrome will often times crash and it will display the "Aw, snap!" error. Usually I just have to refresh to fix it, but it has been happening much more frequently lately.

Another example would have to be when I'm playing games. Between Destiny 2 and Mabinogi, both tend to crash much more frequently, though in the case of D2, it might be a bungie problem considering what happens is a "Scan and repair" problem. Mabinogi is just dated, but I tend to crash more than I believe what should be happening.

As for specs, here is an imgur link (https://imgur.com/a/qcKjT)
I also ran a memory diagnostics test that's installed on windows! Here is a pastebin to the error log, in XML form.

I'm really at a loss of what to do here, whether or not it's just a general hardware problem or specifically a RAM problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Edit: Sorry about the wrong forum! If this could be moved or deleted so I could put it in the right place that'd be great!

Windows Memory Diagnostic seems to have detected issues with your RAM. To confirm this, I recommend running memtest86 overnight and seeing if you get errors. It's part of ultimate boot CD which you can create, or you can also run it on it's own. If it detects errors, the RAM causing it would need to be replaced.
