I am in a bit of a pickle. I recently bought a new gpu, namely the above mentioned. pretty good one would say. I did some benchmarking on userbenchmarking and rog furmark openGL and it was not what i expected. Userbench basically listed my card as very bad. 22.4% bench score which is pretty low. it also showed 60 at every test. othe similar cards are going int the 100's or even 200's. furmark also mentioned max fps 60. vsync is switched off completely in all instances via nvidia control panel. i have a full 1080p iiyama panel, connected via hdmi. there is clearly a setting which is not oke or something else thats wrong but beyond me... so any tips would be welcome. and yes, my 60hz panel has shown more than 60fps before on the old gtx 680. i dont think the fact it is a 60hz panel limits you to 60fps

specs
- asus p8z77 v-lx
- core i5 3550
- 16 gb ddr3 ram clocked at 1333 mhz
- asus rog strix gtx 1060 6gb oc edition
- kingston hyperx 3k 120gb ssd
- 750watt non rated psu

pc is running fine however cpu seems to be often on 100% even when playing relatively simple games

what could be amiss here?
