So I bought recently a pc and from the beginning it started to make a very high pitched noise from the psu area. I went to the store to get the psu changed but the sound persisted with the new psu. The noise is produced even with the switch from the psu off, only by being connected.
The thing is, I tried my pc at a friend's house and there my pc doesn't make sound, the day after I went again to the store and there the pc doesn't make any sound either.
I called an electrician but he said the voltage was fine now here is a pattern I detected: The high pitched noise only sounds during the day, at night-late night (23:00 to 4-5 am more or less) the pc is totally silent. Then at the morning the noise starts usually around 7 am and sounds more or less periodically (no pattern) all the day.
I'm searching for help because it seems the noise is only present at my house
