Issues related to new build.

Build Specs:
CPU - Ryzen-5 1500x
MOBO - ASUS B350 Plus
GPU - Nvidia GeForce 1050Ti
RAM - G-Skill 8GB
PSU - Corsair VS 550W

PC starts with signal to the Monitor. However, PC does not POST. I don't get the ASUS logo or simple.

Initially, I checked whether the issue could be with PSU. I tried with a different PSU and the issue persisted.

MOBO beep codes does not signal any issues as such.

However, I suspect the RAM could be incompatible with the ASUS MOBO. But, I have seen people using it online.

My other suspect is the HDMI cable connected to the GPU. Which I'll change and check with DVI.

Hopefully, I get something useful. Meanwhile, could I get some expert advise as to how to proceed.

What beeps (if any) getting with RAMs removed?

Yes the speaker is connected. Ideally it show throw a continuous beep.

But MOBO doesn't.

Then, for some reason, CPU or board does not work. Is the 8 pin CPU power cable connected to the board? If yes, and no beeps, it could be a BIOS issue.

Stupid question:
Did you make sure to plug the monitor into the graphics card's display ports?

Board is new (exchanged it). The 8-pin CPU power cable is connected to the board. The MOBO does not beep only when RAM is detached.

When everything is set up perfectly, the MOBO beeps once properly and also signals the Monitor but does not POST.

However, there are cases when the MOBO POSTS but very few cases. In those cases, I restart it again to check whether the PC is functioning properly then it does not POST.

Why is this happening ? That PC POSTS sometimes but sometimes it doesn't.

Hard to say, It could be a board issue, but I'd RMA both board and CPU.

See if internal components post assembled outside of the case. This may be a grounding issue.

But, yes, at my place there is no proper grounding set. However, that shouldn't stop the PC from POST or other stuff right ?

And, if that is the case, as above mentioned PC doesn't POST when assembled on the floor.

OK, so you have components assembled outside of the case. Tell me what is physically connected to the motherboard.
You have the power supply, hard drive, graphics card and cpu. Anything else?

Since, its an AMD build GPU is a must.

Do you have another graphics card to test with? Also if the GPU isn't being recognized you should see an LED code on the board. If the code doesn't state no gpu detected, it might give you another clue as to the problem.
