okay so i'm looking to build myself a gaming computer so that i can play games from Grand theft auto v online to player's unknown battlegrounds (i don't mind playing on medium settings), i already have a gaming laptop that can do Grand theft auto v online 40 fps medium settings of which i think is playable.
so far i found this site which was suggested these parts:

dual processor is not recommended for new builds unless very tight budget, for 600, get this:

when i run the build u mentioned through an EA Games system requirements test says the pc you suggest would run at low settings due to the CPU.
of which the one i mentioned runs it med to high
