GTX 770 hight temperature in normal

Hello guys
i have gpu card gtx 770. My problem is very high temperature 80c on normaly mod ... I don t play game and have very high temperature why ? And i have low fps in game when i play ..
Is some options ? Thanks very much..

If you have the latest Windows 10 update, can you please send a screenshot of the GPU status in Task Manager? Make sure it's not the summary view, so I can get an idea of what type of work the GPU is doing.

Hello man yeah i update my windows all is work.... But my gpu work on 100% only time chcek nvidia insperctor i share link... this picture is now.. in task manager work on 1 % -7 % ... This is only any settings.. Maybe may virus ? Or something i don t know... Please help me... how i set her on good..
