Yo Guys , I'm Going to build a Gaming PC with ASUS NVIDIA GTX 1050TI + RYZEN 5 1600 + ASUS PRIME B350 + 8 GB ram
worth it Guys ?
Can i Play 2017 Games like PUBG / The Witcher 3 ... in Medium ~ High with +60 fps ?
Also can you tell me about the best ram that i could buy it ? to Give better performance

I have a Ryzen 1700 and it plays PubG just fine and so will your 1600. You'll have to fine tune the game's graphics settings, as most of those settings aren't relevant and only cause excessive cpu gpu processing. Most of these settings should be set to very low except Anti Aliasing, foliage, shadows and texture because all of the other settings basically do nothing but cause excessive performance overhead. Make sure you go with at least a gtx 1060 to keep a constant 60 FPS.

So, yes you will be able to play most modern games with it, but probably not at the highest settings, as you said. PUBG is a different story tho, its horribly optimized, so you might have to turn things down a notch more.
I would suggest that you go for corsair vengeance 8gb 3000MHz since the look great and have good price to performance, if you could call it that at these high ram prices. If this is not enough in the future you can just get another second ram stick and use it with dual channel.
