My ethernet connection dropped out a couple days ago in the middle of rendering After effects and playing LoL. When i tried to fix it nothing worked. Reset the router, flushed the dns, reset the ipv4 and ipv6, and eventually factory reset my computer and now this is the troubleshoot description of my problem. my network properties are as follows:

IPv4 adress:..... 192.168.1.228

IPv4 DNS servers:..... 192.168.1.1

Primary DNS suffix: fios-router.home

Manufacturer: Realtek

Description: Realtek PCle GBE Family Controller

Driver Version: 9.1.406.2015

and then my MAC adress

Should i be concerned that my manufacturer and description do not match my DNS? My roommate is hardwired into the same router that i am and his manufacturer and description both say fios-home and his driver version is the 12.something range. I also cannot search for driver updates as i do not have internet access on my desktop (i am writing this on my laptop, the wifi works fine). It can also be noted that myself and two of my roommates all have the same brand ethernet cable (which is functioning, i tested it by using it elsewhere) and i am the only one with this issue. Any help is appreciated, i feel as if i've tried it all at this point. Thank you.

The Manufacturer and Description refer to the network adapter installed in your computer.

The network adapter does need to know where to request an IP address which is your router: FiOS (Verizon) at 192.168.1.1.

Did you assign your computer the 192.168.1.228 IP address or did that address come from the DHCP router?

Run and post the full results of "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the command prompt.
