CPU running at lower speeds post-BIOS update

I'm currently rocking a Maximus X Hero + i7-8700k and prior to updating my BIOS a few hours ago my CPU was running 4.7GHz across all 6 cores, now it's running 4.3 (Jumps to from 4.3-4.7 every now and then), I didn't manually overclock, all I did was enable XMP and set power management to 'High Performance' (Min/max is at 100%) in Windows and then it ran at 4.7 - The settings I'm using now are exactly the same as the ones I was using prior to updating. What gives?

Forgot to mention I'm using a 1500W Enermax Platimax PSU and the temps are are 25-32~

The CPU will only run at 4.7GHz on all cores with Multicore Enhancement enabled and with the CPU core ratio setting set to sync all cores. Check your BIOS and make sure those settings are in place. Doing a BIOS update can reset the BIOS settings to factory default which might not have those settings on by default.

You're godsent! I changed ratio setting to sync all cores and it's back at 4.7 stable across all 6, thank you so much - I actually thought I had this set to sync all cores (I thought this was a default setting) but now I know it's not - Appreciate the help!
EDIT: Also, nice build, very similar to mine except I have 32gb ram n it's 3200mhz n a Platinum Poseidon 1080TI!
