I want to water cool 2 GtX 1080 TI and an I9 7900X what do i need

i need some help picking out parts for an Custom loop i new to water cooling
i was thinking if buying
Gigabyte GV-N108TAORUSX WB-11GD AORUS GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Waterforce WB Xtreme Edition 11G Graphic Cards

you can go this rout.
If you want your system both cool and quite, assuming a single loop you are going to need:
1. D5 pump
2. if the above is just a motor, add top, cover and a res
3. CPU block or motheboard block if available.
4. at least 6x120mm or 4x140mm rad surface.

As a side note, are you sure you want to use SLI in 2017? it has very limited number of games where it works and future games will be mostly not using multi GPU since both DX12 and Vulcan requires developers to build it (opposed to DX11 where SLI/CF is handled by driver).
A single 1080Ti can handle 60FPS on 4K at good quality.
