So this is my first computer build, and I have been building it along side my friends using voice chat, so far i have noticed no problems at all while i was installing all the components.
However there are 4 leds that light up in case there's a problem with the computer while doing post in which case it wont boot up. the only one that is staying lit is the green BOOT led, and i have run out of options on how to fix it.
I've tried
1- Only having my Hard drive set up
2- Only having my ssd set up
3- Having no booting device set up
4- Changing their cables and ports on the psu / Changing the sata cables
5- Reseting the motherboard
6- Clearing the RTC RAM jumper
7- Intentionaly creating problems to see if the led itself wasnt working (I tried seating the ram incorrectly and of course the yellow ram led lit up)
8- Doing better cable management (head that if you had really bad cable management it could either short it by being behind the mobo, or by the cables being bent to weirdly)
9- Tried running it without my gpu
10- Tried reseating stick of ram
11- Tried only 1 stick of ram and reseating that (was using 2)
12- Reconnecting and making sure all cables are properly installed
13- All of the above again

I am feeling very desperate at the moment and do not know how to proceed, i believe its a problem with the motherboard, but could there be something im not seeing? Should i return the motherboard?
My computer specs are
CPU - Ryzen 7 1800X
CPU Cooler - NZXT Kraken X62
Motherboard - Asus- Strix X370-F Gaming ATX AM4 Motherboard
RAM - G Skill Trident Z RGB 3200
Storage - Samsung 850 EVO Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State drive
- Firecuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Video Card - MSI GeForce GTX 1080 8GB DUKE OC Videocard
PSU - Corsair RMx 650W 80+

Also, is this the right category to put this? I'm not so sure.

Hi mr_chenkov :)

The green BOOT_LED being constantly lit indicates an error with your HDD, SSD or its Sata port connection or cabling.
It can also be incorrect Bios configuration however you can't get into Bios.?
Try clearing CMOS back to default.
Unfortunately your Strix X370-F is not equipped with Bios flash from the rear IO panel as you may need to update or reflash your Bios.
If clearing CMOS does not work and your drives are proven OK then you will have to RMA the MB explaining a corrupt Bios or MB malfunction. Don't expect ASUS support to help you out.

try one ram stick in each slot see if the mb post screen comes on. pull the mb from the case make sure it not shorting out. if you can get it to post on top of the mb box see how old the bios is. if you can update it then. check to see if the ram your using is on the mb qal list. last is check for bent pins under the cpu.

Sadly i did find the problem, and i am angry at myself as heck, the RAM i was using is not compatible my motherboard.
Sadly, i will need to get different ram, or motherboardh honestly at this point they cost the same, thank you very much everyone for your responses however.
Akways remember to check your compatibility! PC Part picker can only go so far...
