There is only try. As mentioned above, if not stable. Run a single kit of the 3200 mhz if that fails, then run a single kit of 3000.
Even mixing the same make and model RAM bought separately can have problems or can work fine, all you can do is try. If you do run into issues you can try overvolting and loosening the timings but its trial and error if it works
