I purchased a GIGABYTE GA H110M-S2 DDR4 MOTHERBOARD(microATX).

I also purchased a Corsair VS 550 WATT ATX Power Supply Unit.

Will this PSU work with my Motherboard?

It works with the motherboard as all of them will.
It just needs to have enough power for the rest of the parts.
