Between the two, definitely EVGA FTW+, dual fan vs GA single fan for better cooling, higher clock speed as well.
However, for the current price points, add a few more and get a GTX 1060 6gb instead

Practically no preformance difference, one is just factory overclocked and has a better cooler - difference between the cards is <1-2fps
