I am getting a blue screen ''MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION'' when this card is installed in the PCIe x1 slot (the card is from CSL and a chipset VIA VL805) it also happens in safe mode. I had same problem with another card from Dynamode with a chipset VIA VL800. Can anyone solve this problem please.

I hate silly issues like this because the definitive answer is not available.
I have installed and can confirm I installed NEC based USB 3.1 cards in Dell Servers and an NEC USB 3.0 card into a Dell Optiplex SFF, but I have not done so in your model or model line.
