Can i install a GTX 1050 Ti with a 400w PSU and an Intel Core i7 3770? The PSU it's an
Biswal 400w, and it doesn't have 80+. I use the PC to play heavy games, like Rust, and i don't want to risk the PC, i mean, i don't know if my PC is going to explode if i install the 1050 Ti cause the PSU makes me doubtful. Please help.

Can you? Maybe

Should you? No.

You have a 77W CPU, probably 55-60W for the balance of your components and you're looking to add a 75W GPU.
Theoretically that puts you around 200W on a "400W" PSU.
In actuality, the PSUs I can find for "Biswal" don't look very good at all.

The "best" option there would be 20A on the 12V rail = 240W
The more common would be 15A on the 12V rail = 180W

At best, they're misleading. At worst, it's a fire waiting to happen.

There's lots of listings I can find of "Biswal" units, all very, very similar.

I wouldn't do it.

**EDIT*** I'm assuming you're in Argentina...

Unfortunately, availability is limited/overpriced. Lots of Sentey units, none of them good.

The best remotely "budget" option I can find is the EVGA 500W

While I hate to 'recommend' it, and it's definitely not great. It's far better than most of the options I'm seeing in the <$100 / 1400peso range!!!

Yes, i'm from Argentina. I've found an XFX 500w PSU from the XF series, and it was the best PSU i've found for my budget, and it costs $1200 pesos. Thank you for answering.
