I thought about to upgrade my cpu to a i5-750, is it still good cpu? I want to play with all new games. (Doesnt matter what quality, but i wanna use 1080p res.)

Is it a good couple with a 1050ti or similar gpu, or is it bottlenecks?

Can u pls tell me a new cpu with similar performance just for the compare. (does it similar as g4560 maybe?).

How long will it be good for new games?

If this cpu wont be good for me, how can i upgrade on low budget?(I think 1.gen i7-s are too expensive, they r'nt worth that money, around 70$)

Solution
well I Used a i5 750 in my first build. It was an Ok CPU, it ran hot and struggled in CPU intensive games at 720p. I do not think it would like
1080p at all. And with a i7, there will be no performance increase.

I have a RX 460, a comparible GPU to the GTX 1050ti.

Theses are my results

Minecraft: 200+ FPS (1440p)
My summer car: 30-60fps (1080p)
World Of tanks: 60-75fps Ultra (1080p
Cities Skylines 5-20fps Ultra, 45fps Low (720p)
Ravenfield: 50 - 60fps Ultra (1080p)
ATS: 15-60fps high - ultra (all over the place) (720p)
ETS2: 15-60fps high-ultra (720p)
there are other games that I have played but the results are the same 30-60fps @ 720p

The CPU was the problem in most games (100%)

I upgraded my build (Ryzen) and the prefomce...

I upgraded my build (Ryzen) and the prefomce doubled.

If you dont care about FPS and Graphics setting the CPU is ok, But you would end up being better with a CPU upgrade.

If you want to upgrade I can get something together for you

I would recommend a Ryzen system for a cheap build, as that i5 is getting long in the tooth but would hold on for a little longer.

Watch for the R3 1200 hitting $99, although you would need to get DDR4 ram and a motherboard. You can always try the used root so you can move over your current DDR3, and snag something like the 1155 or 1150 socket, although 1155 motherboards are increasing in price due to their age.

What is your upgrade budget?

I already have 1156 mobo and 8gb ddr3 so that would be the best to just swap the cpu cuz is dont want to pay lot for it. I just want a temporary config for some month, so i dont want to build now because of the high priced ram and old gpu-s that i could buy now. I'll be able to build totally fresh config with new released gpu and ryzen 2nd gen (or sg like that), so my whole rig will be replaced in late spring or summer. That would be good that i could play modern games until i get a new rig. (I just thought that to change my 2 core i5 with a real 4 core cpu will be still good for me for some month).

well. in this case the i5 is a perfectly fine CPU. I would not upgrade, know that you say that you are going to get a completely new build.
