Go to settings>accounts>Family & other people> Add someone else to this PC.

Then add a Microsoft related account such as hotmail etc... to the login.

You then need to log out and into the new secondary profile so it can setup and link the digital key to your MS account.

Then feel free to log out and back into your normal profile. It will remain linked as long as you leave that secondary profile on the machine.

You can verify its link by signing into https://account.microsoft.com/account/manage-my-account

When you install your new SSD and do a clean install of Windows 10 during installation you will have an option to "sign in using an online account" pick that option and sign in with the above MS account. Once the new profile is...

Windows looks at the motherboard for licensing not the storage. So aslong as the motherboard isn't changing installing the os on a new ssd shouldn't be a problem.
