I have a prebuilt gaming pc with good specs but the internet is really slow and every other device is fine. My internet is 150 MBS.

Wired or wireless connection?
If wired try another known working Ethernet cable.
If wireless try adjusting any wireless adapter antennas or use (if applicable) a USB extension cable to move a USB wireless adapter up and about. Note: if USB adapter does the adapter feel very warm or hot?
Use Task Manager and Resource Monitor to observe what else your gaming pc is doing when "computer internet" is slow. Your computer may be trying to do updates, backups, or some app is just continually "phoning home" and failing.
Goal is to narrow down the possible sources. Then the cause within that source and a fix thereafter.
