So i randomly started have a huge lag problem in my Computer so i clean everything and updated all my drivers. This didnt help, and now when i boot up any program the PC randomly crashes. So i go to best buy tell them whats happening and they told me to try a new power supply, i did and it did the same thing when i started a program. I RMA my motherboard (because thats the only issue i can think of since the computer is only a year old) and get it back and the restarting problem is gone but im still getting extremely bad performance in all aspects of using the computer. I tried using a different graphics card and that didnt help either. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

Solution
Is your ram on the motherboard's qualified vendor list? Before buying new ram, run Memtest64 (or Memtest86+) for a few passes and see if any errors are reported. This may take a few hours.
