Is RX Series GPU Good for gaming?

Solution
My advice is save money and get the 2gb, unless the 4gb is very close in price. There are few games where the 560 is fast enough to make real use of 4gb vram. Most cases you will need to reduce settings to keep framerate up, which means the extra ram will go unused.

It's not THAT low end. Basically it makes the minimum requirements for both games. If you had a little larger budget the 1050Ti is faster at gaming.

The RX series is simply a generation, and by itself doesn't designate low end or high end.

The RX 550 is the lowest, and the RX Vega 64 is the top end.
Low to high they are:
RX 550
RX 560
RX 570
RX 580
RX Vega 56
RX Vega 64

However, given your budget, then RX 560 is the highest you can get.
