Help finding the right headset for PC and Xbox One use

I am looking for a wireless headset that can be used for PC and Xbox One, that has good sound quality. I would like to spend $120 or less, anyone have any recommendations?

I don't like wireless (have batteries). I prefer speakers that have:

1) Stereo (one 50mm driver per ear, not multiple)
2) detachable USB adapter (can get virtual surround or XBOX compatibility with it, but detach and just use the 3.5mm to your PC if you want plus the microphone)
