Where's the bottleneck??

Alright, i got a quiet of an issue here.. any game i play i get stutter every once in a short while and someone told me it's due to my bottleneck? What do i need to upgrade to get rid of it fully? Specs listed below!

Specs:

785GM-E51 Motherboard
8GB Of Ram
AMD II X4 960T 3.0Ghz
Mini Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 OC edition 2GB
Arctic Alpine 64 PLUS - 100 Watt Low Noise CPU Cooler
QUIET ARTIC BLUE 750W ATX PSU 8 PIN

What games have issues?
Also a regular hdd won't cause you to have low fps in games kiril is giving the wrong info. Most likely it's your old weak cpu.
