I have tried everything imaginable to try and get this to work, but nothing will. I am trying to set up port forwarding for a p2p server and it requires port 27886. I have tried port triggering and port forwarding and none of them worked, it would still display the port as closed, and when my friend tried to connect he said the same thing. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Your problem is not likely the router but your ISP. Most mobile broadband providers do not give you a routable IP. Many use a block that starts with 100.x.x.x that is designated for carrier NAT.
Because you have NAT in a provider router you have no access to you can not port forward.
Check with your ISP and see if they have a option to let you have a actual IP address....most that offer this charge extra for it.
