My computer keeps shutting down while playing games/high graphics games [Almost Solved]

When i try to play games like Rust , LoL , Drakensang , Hitman my computer restarts after 10 or more minutes can someone tell me what the issue is ? Also after shutting down it opens a menu with my power some kind of reboot mode and so on. Here are my specs : Ram : 16gb CPU : Intel Core i3 - 6300 3.8 ghz GPU : Radeon (TM) RX 470 Graphics. Is there a chance that it could be of my computers size because its not very big? Do i need a new thermal pasta?

First, check your temperatures while gaming are you actually overheating? HWmonitor will assist you with check and you can actually log details to a file you can read.

Second, it could easily be the PSU is simply dying or undersized.
What PSU is it? Exactly.
