Comcast modem gets higher speeds hardlined than my Nighthawk hardlined

As title says, I had a 150 MBPS plan and upgraded today to the 300 MBPS plan and my router pulls 170 on my test while hardlined. However, when I hardline to the modem directly I get 365 MBPS, is there a way to fix this?

I would factory reset the nighthawk and do a minimal config. Newer router to get the high speed offload the NAT to the switch from the CPU. Many features require the traffic to pass through the cpu so you get a bottleneck. You could look and see if there is a hardware acceleration that is turned off but I think it is on by default on most routers
