Issue with Windows Installation

Hi,

I have just built a new rig:
MSI Z270 Gaming Motherboard
Intel i7-7700k
GTX970
8GB DDR4 RAM

I have gone through the installation all fine but now I am stuck on the bit where you select the language and time zone, I select and then my screen says “Please wait” and then the CPU debug light flashes for a second then the DRAM debug flashes and the computer restarts. It’s done it about 20 times now at the exact same spot.

What’s going on and how can I solve it?

Can you check the CPU temperature in BIOS?

It says it’s idling at 40 Celsius

Just got 1 stick of 8GB DDR4. It will sit there running fine but as soon as I pick the language it will continue for about 5 seconds then cut off and restart by itself and go back to the same screen.

It might be an installation kit issue. Try using Microsoft media creator tool if you haven't so far.

How can I do that if I’m unable to get to the desktop because it keeps on putting me back to the language screen when it restarts?

You'd use a different computer /laptop for saving the kit and making a bootable USB drive by using the tool.

Found the issue. It’s becausw windows is missing a partition. How can I create one?

Delete all the partitions in windows setup. Then try again
