Can and should I overclock with this PSU?

Im planning on upgrading to a 7700k and a gtx 1070, would a 620w psu suffice for overclocking both cpu and gpu?

Full build:
i7-7700k
ASRock Z270 Fatal1ty gaming k4
16gb ddr4
CM ML240L
gtx 1070
SeaSonic M12II EVO 620w psu

Yes you can , and that's plenty of great reliable power and a Quality cooler.

It is a decent unit. Unless it is playing up already, you can do it. Overclocking does not consume too much extra power.
