I have an iPhone 8 with IOS 11.2.1. while I was using it I went into an app and it froze. I tried hard resetting it multiple times. It eventually did, but it's stuck in this loading icon and I can't get out of it. I wen into this department because I thought if you knew about mac OS you would know about ios 11. Please help me if you can. Thank you for your time.
